Independent Case Management Services (ICMS)
is owned and operated by Liza Hadden, a registered Occupational Therapist with 10 years of experience in case management and occupational therapy.

Case management:

• Expedites recovery by identifying needs and initiating treatment in a timely manner and by facilitating team collaboration and efficient goal attainment.
• Improves the injured person and their family/support network’s ability to focus on recovery by assisting with the tasks that can become stressful and time consuming such as paperwork, transportation coordination, identification of treatment providers, coordination of appointments and team communication.
• Reduces financial stress by facilitating access to and understanding of both public and private funding options for immediate and future needs.
